Description

The current, integral maintenance contract for the public space OOR-West expires automatically on 31-12-2024. For this reason, a new integral maintenance contract OOR-West is required from 01-01-2025. In addition, the integral maintenance for parcel ‘Zuid’ is currently being carried out by our social employment service Baanbrekers. This contract expires by operation of law on 31-12-2025. During the year 2025, the municipality will decide how we want to (have) this plot implemented in 2026. One option is that this part is also included in this agreement. In terms of content, there is little change in the scope compared to the current agreement. The assignment concerns the integral maintenance of the public space of Sprang-Capelle, Landgoed Driessen (Waalwijk) and Waspik. This includes: a. maintenance of plantations; b. control grass height lawns and dog toilets; c. pollution control; d. control weeds on pavements; e. removal of leaves and natural waste; f. emptying waste bins; g. manage litter, coarse dirt, dumping, mis-presentation or mis-presentation of waste and dispose of misplacements; h. remove dog droppings from public areas and dog toilets; i. handling notifications (related to work in the tender specifications) However, nuances have been made in the former RAW tender specifications and more flexibility has been built in, including through the review clause, in order to be able to respond together to developments in the field of sustainability, climate resilience and biodiversity during the term of this agreement.
