Description

SZÉPHŐ Székesfehérvár Building Maintenance and Heat Service Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: On behalf of SZÉPHŐ Zrt.), a concept plan was drawn up in 2024, during which the applicability of energy sources for the construction of the new district heating district on Mura Street was examined and selected. Based on the owner's decision, in the first phase of the integration of the new heat district into the system, 1 gas condensing boiler with a rated output of 100-120 kW and 2 gas boilers with a rated output of 470-510 kW, 3 thermal storage tanks with a volume of 5m3 and 1 spare water tank with a volume of 3m3 will be placed in the planned engineering room, and a solar panel field with a rated output of at least 31.32 kW will be placed on the flat roof above the building after the roof renovation. Two thermally insulated chimneys DN300/400 and DN110/210 with a height of 12.00 m are installed in a truss frame for flue-gas evacuation in the room of the boilers, attached to the western façade.
