Description

The content of the mission elements is defined in Decree No 93-1268 of 29 November 1993 on project management tasks entrusted by public contractors to private law providers, and in the Order of 21 December 1993 laying down detailed rules for the performance of project management tasks. In particular, preliminary design studies include the preparation of files and consultations falling within the remit of the project management and necessary to obtain building permits and other declarations and administrative authorisations, as well as assistance to the developer during their investigation.
This contract therefore includes the basic task of project management and the task of coordinating the Fire Safety System (CSSI), as defined by the regulations and standards in force, in particular standards 61-931 to 61-939 and their associated standards, as well as their user guide ref. 61-949, is integrated into the project supervisor’s task.
Missions to carry out studies (EXE) for the management of the synthesis unit (SYN) of studies carried out in part or in full by the contractor (s) are optional. The task of authorising, coordinating and steering the site (JPO) is conditional.
The design and execution of the work will be monitored by a Technical Controller and an SPS Coordinator.
The project management will be entrusted with the design and implementation of the 3 entities which will constitute the multidisciplinary health centre of the Community of Municipalities of the Ile de Noirmoutier, which will start on the same date.
The project manager assistant appointed for the conduct of operations is the company APOR.
