Przy wyborze najkorzystniejszej oferty Zamawiający będzie kierował się następującym kryterium oceny ofert: Cena – 100% Zasady oceny ofert w poszczególnych kryteriach: a) Cena oferty brutto - waga kryterium 100 % Zamawiający przyzna maksymalnie 100 punktów ofercie z najniższą ceną brutto, niepodlegającą odrzuceniu, a punkty dla wszystkich pozostałych ofert zostaną wyliczone zgodnie z poniższym wzorem: Pkt cena = cena oferty brutto z najniższą ceną niepodlegająca odrzuceniu / cena brutto badanej oferty x 100 x 100% Punkty zostaną bezpośrednio przypisane do każdej z ofert. 2. W obliczeniu punktów zamawiający nie uwzględnia ofert odrzuconych oraz ofert złożonych po terminie. 3. Punkty przyznane ofercie w ramach kryterium oceny ofert będą stanowić końcową ocenę oferty. Zamawiający dokona obliczeń ww. punktów z dokładnością do dwóch miejsc po przecinku wg zasad matematycznych. 4.
