Project name: Bavarian Centre for Alpine Safety, 2. The Bergwacht Foundation, as a non-profit foundation under civil law, is the owner of the plot of land No. 173 of the district of Gaißach. It owns, operates and maintains there, together with the Bergwacht Bayern (BWB), the Bergwachtzentrum für Sicherheit und Ausbildung (BW-ZSA), which is a simulation and training hall from 2007 that was expanded into the Bavarian Helicopter Simulation Center in 2012-2016.
