Framework contract for surveys, data and strategic advice related to employer profiling
The Swedish Transport Administration is investing in Employer profiling to help the Swedish Transport Administration as an employer strengthen its position in the labour market and meet its skills needs in the short and long term. By taking the initiative, working in a coordinated manner and with messages adapted to the target group, the Swedish Transport Administration will be perceived as an exciting employer both internally and externally. This requires knowledge of the Swedish Transport Administration’s target groups, including students at universities and colleges and professionals. By employer profiling, we mean the process of creating and strengthening the Swedish Transport Administration’s employer brand and communicating an attractive image of the Swedish Transport Administration as a workplace to attract and retain talent. This includes highlighting and creating a positive image of the corporate culture, benefits, career opportunities, working life and balance, in order to build a strong employer brand with these elements.
