Description

The subject of this Contract is the execution of a work consisting in the complex design of the solution, delivery and installation of the mobile part of the ETCS signalling system application level 2 (Level 2), which will comply with the basic standard 3 (Baseline 3), including other related components simultaneously installed in the locomotive, which form a single functional unit in the driving railway vehicles of the 363 series. The supply of possible future upgrades of the Device is not part of this Contract and will not be included by the Supplier in the Contract price. A more detailed description of the subject-matter of performance is given in the annexes to the tender specifications, in particular in Annex 1 to the tender specifications – Technical specifications, which at the same time form Annex 1 and form an integral part of the contract, and in Annex 2 to the tender specifications – Binding draft contract.
