Description

1. Health benefits provided in the Hospital Emergency Department: by doctors of the system: ● Required professional qualifications: in accordance with the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of 27 June 2019 on the Hospital Emergency Department (Journal of Laws No. U. 2024, item 336 with late death. ) and in accordance with the Act on State Emergency Medical Services of 8 September 2006 (consolidated text: Dz. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 141). ● Duration of benefits: Hours 8.00 - 15.35 on weekdays and/or Hours 15.35 - 8.00 on weekdays Hours 8.00 - 8.00 on public holidays, public holidays and Saturdays. The contracting authority shall allow other time slots as required by doctors or doctors in the course of specialisation in the first or second year of specialisation in the following fields: emergency medicine, orthopedics and traumatology, internal diseases, anaesthesiology and intensive care. ● Duration of benefits: Hours 8.00 - 15.35 on weekdays and/or Hours 15.35 - 8.00 on weekdays Hours 8.00 - 8.00 on public holidays, public holidays and Saturdays. The contracting authority shall allow different time slots as required. 3.Health benefits provided by doctors in the Neurosurgical Department: ● Required professional qualifications: in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 22 November 2013 on guaranteed services in the field of hospital treatment (i.e. U. 2023, item 870 as amended) ● Duration of benefits: Hours 15.35 - 8.00 on weekdays Hours 8.00 - 8.00 on public holidays, public holidays and Saturdays. The contracting authority shall allow other time slots as required and/or within the scope of: ● performing or assisting for neurosurgical procedures, including preoperative consultations from 8.00 to 8.00 on weekdays, holidays, public holidays and Saturdays. The contracting authority shall allow different time slots as required.
