Description

Trondheim bydrift invites relevant tenderers to a market dialogue for our pending procurement of a framework agreement for the delivery of materials for road lighting. The procurement includes, among other things, road lighting masts, foundations, cables, pipes, light fixtures and ignition cabinets. The expected value is NOK 3-5 million per annum over a period of two years and the possibility for extensions of up to 1+1 year. The total scope for the contract period can be between NOK 6-20 million. We would like to present our needs and plans for the procurement as well as receive valuable input to ensure a sustainable, cost efficient and quality deliveries. We have attached 3 descriptions of typical orders that are intended to be included in the procurement in question. We have also attached the provisional price form to show the estimated extent of the delivery. The objective of the market dialogue increased the attention around the procurement and attract more tenderers to create greater competitive input from suppliers and experts to develop procurement documents that balance considerations to environment, quality and price discussion solution proposals that safeguard the requirements for material and equipment, as well as practical conditions connected to booking practice and realistic delivery targets.
