Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection services from owners of properties residing in the Municipality of Żary with urban status, their transport to disposal or recovery places and the management of collected municipal waste indicated in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) - in a way that ensures that the Ordering Party achieves appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling and reduces the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular: - the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 1996, No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), hereinafter referred to as: ‘Ucpg’; - Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws No. U. item 122); - resolutions of the Municipal Council in Żary in force at the time of performance of the contract, including those constituting acts of local law in respect of the subject-matter of the contract concerning: regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Żary with urban status, detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting and managing municipal waste in exchange for a fee paid for the management of municipal waste.
