Description

Transfer of tasks by creating uniform ownership of the street lighting installations to Grundnetz GmbH, which is already the owner of the street lighting network. The lighting task is carried out as a supply of light. The services to be provided shall be remunerated by means of a lump sum. The energy input is charged at actual costs. New construction and renewal services are not shown by the flat-rate amount. This also applies to repairs to the underground street lighting network. The contracting parties thus expect an annual remuneration of approximately EUR 120000 gross for approximately 1200 lighting stations. As the duration of the contract will end at the end of Grundnetz GmbH’s ownership on the general electricity supply network, a gross amount of approximately EUR 2400000 is shown for the calculation of the total.
