Description

Die SWP GmbH benötigt zur Unterstützung ihrer internen IT-Abteilung einen leistungsstarken Partner im Bereich der Client- und Peripherieinstallation sowie des technischen Supports. Der Fokus liegt auf der standardisierten Vorbereitung, Auslieferung und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Hardware wie Desktop-PCs, Notebooks, Druckern, Monitoren und Tablets im Rahmen eines strukturierten Rollout- und Supportkonzepts. Diese Leistungen sind im Wesentlichen im Stadtgebiet Potsdam sowie vereinzelt im näheren Umland zu erbringen. Ziel ist es, eine reibungslose Bereitstellung und Betreuung der IT-Arbeitsplätze gemäß den internen Vorgaben der SWP GmbH sicherzustellen. Die operative Umsetzung erfolgt auf Basis von Tickets, die über das Ticketsystem des Auftraggebers (AG) oder alternativ per E-Mail bereitgestellt werden. Die SWP GmbH plant die Vereinbarung eines Rahmenvertrages mit 36 Monaten Laufzeit inklusive einer einmaligen Verlängerungsoption um weitere 36 Monate.
