Description

The BLB NRW intends to advertise the services of technical facility management in the Aachen branch for the prisons of Aachen, Heinsberg and Euskirchen (see also file procedural description TFM concept). The service provider is to be given overall responsibility for the advertised properties of the BLB NRW with the services of property management, operations management, maintenance/expertise tests (SK tests)/inspections and repairs up to 10,000 EUR as well as emergency and accident elimination. High demands are placed on reporting, transparency of performance and cost tracking, quality assurance and availability as a contract team. Before the start of the contract, according to § 10 of the Security Review Act (SÜG) NRW, extended security checks with security investigations are required for the permanent on-site employees of the TFM service provider. Annex(s) 13 to the contract must be observed! For the security check, a period of 6 months is foreseen between the award of the contract and the start of the contract.
