Description

This consultation is relaunched as a result of the declaration without further action of the previous procedure for reasons of public interest (lack of competition). This consultation concerns the following service: Maintenance and acquisition of kitchen and laundry facilities at the Departmental Children's Centre Lot 1: Maintenance and acquisition of kitchen equipment at the Departmental Children's Centre Lot 2: Maintenance and acquisition of laundry facilities at the Departmental Children's Centre As an indication, services can be expected to start on: 2nd quarter 2025 Optional visit: In order to enable candidates to draw up their bids, an optional visit may be organised at the request of candidates to the two sites with a professional kitchen and laundry room (CDE Le Pradet and Draguignan Malmont). This allows them to familiarise themselves with the characteristics of the sites and with the equipment listed in the annex to the STS. In all cases, the tendering company may not rely on a lack of knowledge of the equipment to perform the services described in the STS or any other document replacing them. This visit can only be organised up to twelve (12) days before the deadline for submission of tenders. No questions/answers will take place during the visit. If any questions need to be asked, they will be asked via AWS. (details of the procedure to be followed in Article 1 of the Consultation Regulation (CR). The financing of the service is provided by the departmental budget
