Description

The framework agreement covers recurrent planned and unplanned land and construction contracts within Mörbylånga municipality. The assignments may include ground and excavation work, water and sanitation work, street and road construction, footpaths and cycle paths, park and fine-planning work, stormwater facilities, pumping stations, retaining walls, wiring and cable shafts, emergency operating measures and minor building-related ground works. Assignments may refer to execution contracts in accordance with AB 04 or turnkey contracts in accordance with ABT 06 and may be organised as general contracts, coordinated general contracts or shared contracts. Framework agreements are intended to be signed with three (3) suppliers. The persons entitled to call-off are Mörbylånga municipality, registration number 212000-0704; Mörbylånga Kommunbolag AB, registration number 559542-1735; Mörbylånga Bostads AB, registration number 556528-7629; Mörbylånga Fastighets AB, registration number 556186-5667; MB Förvaltning och Service AB, registration number 559542-1693; MB Solstrimman AB, corporate identity number 559378-1759; and Mörbylånga Parkerings AB, registration number 559103-2460. Call-off takes place according to a fixed ranking when the estimated total value of the assignment does not exceed SEK 10 000 000 excluding VAT and at least seventy (70) percent of the estimated value can be calculated with the framework agreement's competitive prices and compensation rules. Reopening of competition is used when the value exceeds SEK 10 000 000 excluding VAT or when less than seventy (70) percent can be calculated with the competitive prices and compensation rules. The framework agreement is not exclusive and no volume is guaranteed. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is approximately SEK 450 000 000 excluding VAT and the total ceiling value is SEK 700 000 000 excluding VAT.
