United Kingdom-Leeds: Software package and information systems
To award a contract to procure a Data Visualisation and Analysis Software Tool and supporting Consultancy Services which will enable the Council and it's Health Sector partners to visualise and analyse integrated Health and Social Care data.
The Solution must include the provision of a Software Tool, capable of storing, transforming and enabling the analysis and processing of multiple datasets, which can also provide a wide range of data visualisation and reporting options, including the provision of dynamic personalised interactive dashboards and the provision of supporting Consultancy Services to import, transform and carry out initial analysis of data within the Software Tool.
The proposed Software Tool shall include a range of embedded datasets against which the data provided by the Council and its local Health Sector partners can be benchmarked and analysed, and be capable of receiving and incorporating additional data sets which may be useful or which may become available in the future.
The proposed Software Tool must enable the Council and Health Sector partner organisation staff to conduct their own further analysis of emerging trends and patterns identified by the proposed solution.
The contract will be awarded for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend by 3 further periods of 12 months.
The Council has chosen not to divide this procurement into lots. The Council is seeking a single integrated solution and intends to appoint a single supplier who can offer the full range of goods and services. It has considered separate lots but concluded that the scope of requirements make it impractical and uneconomical. It would, therefore, not be appropriate to divide the Councils requirements into lots.
