Description

As part of the renovation and extension of the Brouch primary school in Esch-sur-Alzette, earthworks, armoring and carcass work are planned for the second phase of the construction site. This involves the construction of two new buildings, called B and E. Building B will be entirely constructed of reinforced concrete and will comprise four floors, from the basement to level +2. Building E will be a mixed construction of reinforced concrete and wood frame. In the context of this tender, only the reinforced concrete parts are to be made, namely the basement and the stairwells, from the ground floor to level +2. In addition, the construction of Building E will require pile work. The basement of the two buildings will be made of white vats. Start/Duration of works: 22 September 2025 / 220 working days
