The contractor must ensure the availability, for a period of at least 15 years, of the necessary spare parts to ensure the operation of the buses. 8. The subject matter of the agreement will be implemented in accordance with the DNSH principle (‘do no significant harm to the environment’) for the following environmental objectives: 1) "Climate change mitigation"; 2) "Adaptation to climate change"; 3) "Sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources"; (4) ‘Circular economy, including waste prevention and recycling’; 5) ‘Prevention and control of air, water or soil pollution’; 6) ‘Protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems’. 9. Remuneration will be payable after completion of the entire subject of the contract. 10. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 11 to the FTZ. 11.
