Description

The subject of this contract is security and safety services for eight different ACOSS sites.
This framework agreement shall be awarded to one tenderer for each lot.
The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 12 months from the date of its notification. Each batch of the framework agreement may be renewed 1 times for the same period of 12 months (with the exception of the Gaumont and Nancy sites, which may be renewed for a period of 13 months). Each lot of the framework agreement may then be renewed again for the period equivalent to the interval between the due date at the end of the first renewal of the contract and the date of 30.9.2022, the end date of the framework agreement.
The renewal shall be tacit.
The Contractor may not refuse to renew the Framework Agreement. If the framework agreement is not renewed, the Contractor shall be informed thereof by registered letter with receipt, giving 3 months’ notice.
