Description

Démolition de l'ancienne crèche, et construction de 20 logements collectifs et la Maison des Solidarités.Les logements seront certifiés : Nf Habitat Hqe et Construction Passive, les bureaux de la Maison des Solidarités certifiés Nf Hqe et Construction Passive. Pour ce programme,un Marché de Conception-Réalisation sera conclu avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire qui regroupera toutes les compétences requises et qui comprendra au minimum :-une entreprise générale, mandataire du groupement,qualifiée et assurée pour réaliser des travaux en tout corps d'état;-un architecte, un urbaniste/paysagiste ou compétences au sein du cabinet d'architecture;-un Bet structures,avec compétences en infrastructure,Vrd et aménagement urbain-un Bet fluides avec références certifiées en constructions passives;Les Bet pourront se présenter avec plusieurs groupements
