Description

The purpose of this consultation is to entrust an independent auditing service provider, duly accredited for the performance of concession audits, with a detailed analysis of the operation of the concession, with particular attention to candidates with proven expertise in NZs. This auditor will have the task of analysing in detail the operation of the concession on the following aspects: - The heritage of SMEM - The licensed networks (HTA - BT) - Maintenance - Continuity of supply - Voltage quality - Renewal of structures - Invoicing - Relations with users - Control of energy demand applied to the network - Specific tasks including the control of the TCFE (tax on final electricity consumption) and the axes of development of the network with a view to setting up a master plan for electricity networks. Estimated amount over the duration of the contract, including renewal: 300 000 € HT
