Description

1. The subject of the contract is the service of a comprehensive organization of an external networking meeting for stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System and project staff, from 15 to 20 November 2026 to Finland. 2. Place of performance of the contract: Finland. 3. The external networking meeting will take place on days (to be selected by the Contractor): between 15 November 2026 and 20 November 2026 (period of 5 days, including departure from Poland and return to Poland) , provided that one of the days will be reserved for participation in the Slush 2026 event, which takes place between 18-19 November 2026. The contracting authority assumes a maximum number of people participating in the external networking meeting - 15 people. The number of participants can be reduced to a minimum of 10 people. For the calculation of the gross tender price, the Contractor shall accept the maximum number of participants in the visit, i.e. 15 people, while settlements will be made for the actual number of participants of the visit. The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor of the final number of participants in the visit up to a maximum of 5 days after the conclusion of the contract. 5. The tasks of the Contractor will include, among others: 1) logistical security of the visit, 2) organization and service of study visits in the indicated institutions in the SOPZ, 3) service of the visit in the field of providing flights with baggage, 4) service of the visit in the field of land transport, 5) service of the visit in the field of providing accommodation and meals, 6) service of the visit in the field of providing a tutor and consecutive interpretation, 7) provision of entrance tickets, 8) insurance of participants.
