1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa specjalistycznego sprzętu używanego na blokach operacyjnych wraz z dzierżawą urządzeń dla Szpitali Pomorskich Sp. z o.o. w 17 zadaniach częściowych do następujących lokalizacji Zamawiającego: - przy ul. Powstania Styczniowego 1, 81-519 Gdynia, - przy ul. Wójta Radtkego 1, 81-348 Gdynia, - przy ul. dr A. Jagalskiego 10, 84-200 Wejherowo. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, asortyment i szacunkowe ilości podano w Formularzu asortymentowo-cenowym (załączniku nr 2 do SWZ), w Zestawieniu parametrów wymaganych (Załączniku nr 8 do SWZ) oraz w Projekcie Umowy (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ).
