The contractor assumes for dei Universitätsmedizin Göttingen (UMG) on the basis of a service contract with the client all tasks that are necessary to perform the cardio technology in professional quality and to ensure proper administration according to commercial principles. The Contractor shall take over the entire control of the technical and technical area, as well as all administrative tasks that are necessary as a prerequisite to ensure proper business of cardiotechnics.
