Description

The subject of the public contract is the supply of a software solution to support open source analysis (OSINT), which will enable forensic data collection (automated storage of visited pages, including URL data, metadata, time stamps), their analytical processing (including entity extraction) and the creation of digital judicially defensible outputs and their archiving, with the provision of a minimum of 5 user accounts for the contracting authority, including initial user training for 30 NCOZ specialists, according to technical specifications, as part of the implementation of the project ‘Open-Source Capacity Building Through Technology – OCABUT, reg. no.: 101193928 – 2024-CZ-NCOZ-TA-02.
