PLEASE SCROLL DOWN FOR THE ENGLISH VERSION Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i uruchomienie piły jedno- lub wielodrutowej do precyzyjnego cięcia kryształów GaN o średnicy 4 cali. Urządzenie powinno umożliwiać przeprowadzanie procesów cięcia zarówno z jednym drutem, jak i z wieloma drutami w trybie automatycznym, z opcją programowalnej zmiany parametrów cięcia podczas jego trwania. Dodatkowe informacje znajdują się w punkcie 3 SWZ. Miejsce wykonania zamówienia: Instytut Wysokich Ciśnień PAN. Stanisławów Pierwszy, ul Strużańska 8. Termin wykonania zamówienia: do 15.12.2025. ENGLISH VERSION The subject of the order is the supply and installation of a single/multi-wire saw for precision slicing of GaN crystals with a diameter of 4 inches. The device should enable both single-wire and multi-wire cutting processes in automatic mode, with the option of programmable change of slicing parameters during the slicing process. For further information, please see Section 3 of the TOR. Place of performance of the contract: The Institute of High Pressure Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Stanisławów Pierwszy, ul Strużańska 8. Time for completion of the contract: until 15/12/2025.
