Description

The subject of this public contract is the supply and installation of office furniture and specific furniture for the public areas of the Médiathèques for the needs of Troyes Champagne Métropole. Light fixtures and brackets are excluded from this public contract. In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this consultation is combined as follows: -Lot 1: Office furniture, -Lot 2: In accordance with Article R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, economic operators may submit tenders for all lots. The two lots referred to above may be awarded to one and the same economic operator. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, each lot will give rise to the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with order forms. The holder of the framework agreement will be consulted, whenever a need arises, by issuing order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum amount: -Lot 1: maximum amount of €200 000 excluding tax per year; -Lot 2: maximum amount of €100 000 excluding tax per year. For each lot, the period of validity of this contract shall run from the date of its notification for a period of one year. It may be renewed, tacitly, three times in any 12-month period. The contractor may not refuse renewal in accordance with the provisions of Article R2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code. In the event of non-renewal, a letter will be sent to the holder(s) of the public contract at least one month before its expiry date. The time limit for performance is laid down in Article E2 IA.
