Description

PARTIE GO : Le marché comprend des travaux de démolition (dalles béton : 126 m³, murs en pierre : 370 m³), de gros œuvre (création de 625 m³ de dalles béton, 150 m³ de voiles béton, 90 m² d'escaliers en béton et reconstruction d'une annexe en béton apparent avec reprise sous-œuvre de 170 m³) ainsi que des travaux de terrassement (terrains rocheux : 1'800 m³, sol : 1'300 m³). Les matériaux utilisés privilégient le béton recyclé et le ciment bas carbone, pour un total de 935 m³ de béton, dont 50 m³ en béton apparent. PARTIE AMÉNAGEMENT EXTÉRIEUR : Terrassement en tranchée : 2'800 m3 Décapage et évacuation des revêtements en enrobés hydrocarbonés : 2'150 m2 Pose de dallages grand format : 900 m2 Pose des éco pavés : 900 m2 La durée des travaux est de 480 jours ouvrables, à débuter le 2e semestre 2025. Les travaux sont adjugés à prix unitaires.
