Description

The subject of this public contract is the elaboration of a proposal for simple land consolidation in the cadastral area of Naloučany, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No 357/2013 on the land register, as amended. JPÚ Naloučany started on 16. 12. 2023 at the request of the municipal council of the municipality of Naloučany to change the route of the path leading along the forest, in the land register registered as part of the parcel KN 1433. In the route of the road there is a terrain depression and in the event of rain or flooding is flooded with water and the space is completely impassable and impassable. The area currently serves as a natural wetland. In the JPÚ, the road plot will be designed to respect the road actually taken along the Oslava River or be designed to lead through the driest meadow profile. At the same time, the access roads to the cottages adjacent to the perimeter of the Doubrava site will be preserved. The area is 12 ha.
