Description

The purpose of this award procedure is to procure a system for characterising the components to be introduced into vacuum enclosures, to be used in the ELI-NP vacuum laboratory for the diagnosis in separate vacuum enclosures of the parts intended to be introduced into the interaction enclosures, in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications and related documents. Pursuant to Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information sent by economic operators on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, in conjunction with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016, as amended.
