Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the successive supply of radium dichloride 223-Ra to the UCK in the range, the estimated quantity and the limit requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The ordered assortment referred to in sec. 1 The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver at his own expense to the Department of Nuclear Medicine UCK, ul. Dębinki 7. 3. The contracting authority does not allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into lots because such a division in the present proceedings is pointless and would cause significant difficulties and excessive costs in the performance of the contract. In addition, Article 91 of the Public Procurement Act does not impose an absolute obligation to divide the contract into lots, but provides for the contracting authority’s right to divide the contract, so it is impossible to raise an objection of illegality of such action due to the lack of a rule imposing an obligation to divide. 4. The contracting authority does not agree to make changes to Annex 3 to the SWZ – assortment and price form, failing which it will be rejected.
