Construction of sports equipment in the ZAC Bossut in Pontoise (95)
Construction of sports equipment consisting of a multi-sports hall with 150-seat stands and a multipurpose sports hall for the practice of martial arts and body expression activities, with the ancillary premises necessary for its operation (meeting room, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, storage rooms, technical rooms). The Gymnase Bossut project is a structuring and emblematic sports equipment of the ZAC Bossut in Pontoise, marking the entrance of the district with a contemporary and readable architecture. It hosts a large sports hall and a specialized sports hall, organized around a glazed corner hall offering great functional clarity and a strong relationship with the public space. The project highlights sustainable and bio-based materials, including a widely visible wood structure, combined with a low-carbon concrete mineral base. The posts and the slab of the cap of the entrance, are entirely made with aggregates resulting from the demolition of the existing walls of walls in limestone masonry and grinder. The Gymnase Bossut project in Pontoise is part of a strong environmental approach, notably through the use of hemp concrete as the main envelope material. Particular attention is paid to the natural light, the comfort of use and the natural ventilation of the rooms. Landscaping fully participates in the architectural project, with green spaces promoting biodiversity, stormwater management and the fight against heat islands. The green roofs, designed as a true fifth facade, reinforce the environmental ambition of the building, conceived as a durable, frugal and BEPOS ready equipment. Place of performance: The site that will host this new equipment is located about 2 km south of the historic city center of Pontoise within the ZAC Bossut (island 6a) along the A15. It is bordered by avenue de Verdun in the SOUTH EAST, rue Muserolle in the NORTH WEST, and rue de l'Abbaye in the SOUTH WEST
