Description

Delivery of laboratory equipment in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract / price form and the draft provisions of the contract constituting annexes to the FTZ. The Contracting Authority requests that the Contractor submit the following evidence together with the tender: technical specification or catalog card or an equivalent document of the offered equipment confirming compliance with the requirements set by the Ordering Party in the Description of the subject of the contract / price form constituting an annex to the FTZ. In its assessment, the Contracting Authority will take into account only the features contained in the complex evidence in question. If the evidence in question is attached to the tender or if the evidence in question is submitted at the request of the Contracting Authority and drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be submitted together with a translation into Polish. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the Contractor to be requested to submit or supplement the above-mentioned means of proof within the prescribed period in the event that the Contractor has not submitted the said means of proof or the submitted means of proof are incomplete. Subjective and subjective means of evidence and other documents or statements are provided in the manner specified in particular in § 6 and § 7 of the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 30 December 2020 on the method of preparing and transmitting information and technical requirements for electronic documents and means of electronic communication in a public procurement procedure or a competition (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 926, as amended).
