Description

Rental contract for multi-purpose copiers to be distributed over our various operating sites and production copiers for our reprography centre, including a comprehensive maintenance contract and management software.
The content of the contract and its general context of performance are set out in the technical part (Part C) of the specifications.
The contract consists of 2 parts:
Part A: hire of multifunctional copiers on floors
Part B: rental of production copiers for our reprography centre.
Part A
The contract is intended to meet the inter-municipal authority’s needs for multifunctional copiers for a period of 4 years.
The initial contract concerns the rental of 14 identical multifunction copiers to be carried out on our various sites:
