Description

The market town of Falkenstein intends to build a parking facility for about 100 parking spaces at Rodinger Str. 2 (so-called Schmid estate) between the town hall and the school. The measure is to be advertised via a functional specification and implemented via a total contractor. In the present procurement procedure, the general planning services required for this are awarded as combined planning services. The scope of the general planning service is as follows: Buildings (including facades, basic fire protection services), structural design and technical building equipment as well as quality assurance in the form of supervision of the total contractor (partly replacement of the service phase 8). The detailed description of the individual sub-services and their valuation as a percentage of the fee share can be found in the respective Annexes VII 20 4. These are to be completed only in the second phase (submission of tenders). The sub-services include in particular components from the service phases 2.5,6 and 7.
