Description

The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity under a single contract, including access to and use of the public distribution network for a set of delivery points (PDLs) of the City of Roissy-en-Brie, listed in the annex to the CCTP. The Contractor shall also ensure, for all these LDPs: The task of balancing officer, in accordance with Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code; The coverage of the capacity obligation, generated by the consumption profiles of said delivery points, in accordance with Articles L. 335-1 et seq. of the Energy Code and the Order of 29 November 2016 adopted pursuant to Article R. 335-2 of the same code, relating to the rules of the capacity mechanism.
