Description

Concours de maîtrise d'œuvre restreint pour l'opération de construction d'un collège 600 à Osny. Il s'agira d'un concours simplifié sur APS (Avant-projet sommaire), dans lequel les trois concurrents retenus devront remettre un avant-projet sommaire précisant la composition générale en plan et en volume de leur projet, un calendrier de réalisation, l'estimation du coût prévisionnel des travaux. l'opération vise à construire un collège neuf à Osny (opération de construction neuve de bâtiment). L'établissement aura une capacité d'accueil de 600 élèves. Il comportera, outre les locaux d'enseignement, un service de demi-pension avec une cuisine de production, des équipements d'éducation physique et sportive, une cour de récréation et quatre logements de fonction. Le coût de l'opération est estimé à 16 600 000 EUR TTC, dont un coût estimatif des travaux de 13 500 000 EUR TTC (valeur mars 2021). Lieu d'exécution: Osny — Val-d'Oise — France — invitation des candidats à participer: juin 2021 — date limite de réception des projets: octobre 2021 — second jury de concours: décembre 2021 — démarrage des études: février 2022 — démarrage des travaux: 2e trimestre 2023 — date de livraison souhaitée: août 2024. Le démarrage des travaux est prévu au 2e trimestre 2023. L'objectif de livraison est fixé en août 2024.
