Description

The Municipality of Satu Mare concluded grant contract No 135470/29.11.2022 between MDLPA and the Municipality of Satu Mare for the purchase of clean buses and recharging stations for electric cars. Satu Mare Municipality purchased 14 pcs 12m electric buses and 3 pcs 18m electric buses and their recharging stations (17 pcs slow power of 60KW and 6 pcs fast power of 300kW), serving exclusively public passenger transport. In the next period, we want to purchase 6 pcs of electric car recharging stations, of maximum output AC 22kW + DC 50 kW, which will serve the owners of electric vehicles, citizens of Satu Mare, including those in transit. The financing of the procurement will be made from funds under the NRRP component C10/I.1.3 – Ensuring infrastructure for green transport – recharging points for electric vehicles, related to the project. Component C10 – Local Fund of the NRRP addresses challenges related to urban mobility. The objective of this strand is to support a sustainable urban transformation through the use of green and digital solutions. Specific objective: - Improving urban mobility conditions; - Reducing greenhouse gas emissions from transport; - Increasing road safety in urban areas through digital and green transport solutions. In order to achieve these objectives, according to the financing contract, we want to purchase 6 recharging stations that will be installed in the public domain, in the central area of the municipality. The location of these recharging stations shall be in places accessible to the public. Recharging points for electric vehicles will be the property of the local authority. These infrastructures will be made available to interested users in an open, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The purchase, installation and installation of the 6 car recharging stations is determined as part of local authorities' efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in transport and to promote sustainable and sustainable mobility by offering greener transport options. With the expansion of the use of electric cars, it becomes essential to have adequate charging infrastructure available. Investing in car charging infrastructure and promoting the use of electric cars can strengthen the contracting authority's image and reputation in the community and among business partners. Demonstrating a strong commitment to the environment and sustainability can strengthen the trust and loyalty of citizens and other stakeholders. The interested factors are first of all the inhabitants of the city, then the citizens in transit through the city of Satu Mare. Their role may include providing feedback and suggestions on the use, functionality and maintenance of recharging stations. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017, the contracting authority will reply to the clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. At the same time, the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/candidates is 18 days.
