Description

As part of the environmental frog, Hérault Habitat continues its thermal rehabilitation plan on part of its heritage. It was decided to continue the rehabilitation works on the city of Calmet. A new rehabilitation of 5 buildings commissioned in the mid-60s is planned. The 127 dwellings concerned are spread over 13 stairwells.
the breakdown is as follows:
operation No 1406: 60 collective dwellings located at 2 and 4 rue des rossignols and 26 and 32 avenue Calmise:
operation No 1407: 40 collective dwellings located at 1-7 rue Maurice Clavel
operation No: 1409: 27 collective dwellings located between 2 and 6 stalemate in the Alouettes
The rehabilitation of the project will take place in the occupied environment. Permanent communication to tenants and the smooth running of the work undertaken must be ensured, minimising any possible nuisance. The level of energy performance of the Basse Consumption Building (BBC renovation) for all dwellings, while optimising the lifetime of the buildings is required. The thermal and energy performance of the buildings and the architectural aspect of the project will be a major selection criterion for the future winner.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of Decree No 2005-1742 of 30.12.2005 implementing Order No 2005-649 of 6.6.2005, performance of the contract includes a mandatory insertion clause by economic activity.
