Description

Der Landkreis Roth plant die Sanierung und den Teilneubau der Berufsschule in Roth. Die Schule weist in den Teilen ihres Werkstattbereiches einen Sanierungs-, Umgruppierungs- und Erweiterungsbedarf auf. Hiervon besonders betroffen sind die Werkstattbereiche W3 + W4 sowie die an das Gebäude anschließenden potentiellen Bauflächen.
Die hier befindlichen Fachbereiche Elektro sowie Bau-Holz weisen Nutzflächen von insgesamt 1.574 m2 auf. Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme soll der pädagogische Ansatz der Verbindung von Werkstatt und Theorie in sogenannten integrierten Fachräumen, wie er bereits bei der Sanierung der Abschnitte W5-W7 und einer früheren Erweiterung umgesetzt wurde, fortgesetzt werden.

- Elektrotechnik ca. 126 m2
- Technikerschule ca. 120 m2
Vergeben werden die Objektplanung, die Fachplanung HLS, die Fachplanung ELT und die Tragwerksplanung
