Relocation service
With this procedure, the HZB intends to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator to support and support the HZB employees (new and existing) through a relocation service with the following service areas: − Registration at the Bürgeramt − Application/extension for a residence permit/work permit − Assistance in finding accommodation prior to arrival in Germany − Small assistance in finding accommodation − Large assistance in finding real estate − Advisory services on specific topics such as school search, insurance and accounts − Assistance with the accelerated skilled worker procedure *** The benefit period begins on 1 November 2024 and ends on 31 October 2026. The HZB reserves the right to extend the contract twice by 12 months up to a maximum of 31.10.2028. The optional contract extension will be notified to the contractor no later than three months before the end of the contract. If the optional extension is not active, the contract ends on 31.10.2026 without the need for termination. *** The order volume of the framework agreement is approximately € 150,000 net per year or € 600,000 net for the maximum contract period of 4 years. The given volume serves only as an orientation value. The total volume of services to be provided depends on the specific needs of the client during the service period.
