The purpose of the contract is to designate an approved social secretariat. The Social Secretariat provides its services for (i) the calculation of salaries (for different statuses and salary elements, including extra-legal benefits, pension allowances and attendance tokens) and (ii) the related administration (production of electronic documents and declarations, electronic pay slips, etc.). The Social Secretariat manages the obligations of the FSMA in terms of taxation and social security (e.g. collection and payment).
