1. The subject of the contract is the service of sampling solid fuels - hard coal and testing samples and control samples of these fuels placed on the market. 2. A detailed description and scope of the subject-matter of the basic contract covering the service of testing samples of liquid fuels is contained in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’, constituting Appendix No 1 to the Tender Terms and Conditions and in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to grant a resumption. Resumption should not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract, and its subject will be services specified in the above-mentioned scope. 4. If the Ordering Party uses the resumption, the place of performance will not change. 5. The deadline for implementation in the case of using the Ordering Party for renewal is a maximum of 6 months. 6. The Ordering Party reserves that the resumption will be carried out within the period indicated by the Ordering Party, by ordering the use of the resumption for a given period.
