1. The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase, together with delivery at the request of the Ordering Party, of medical devices, described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Assortment and price form and in Annex 6 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions. 2. The subject-matter of the contract has been divided into 16 lots hereinafter referred to as: ‘Packages’ described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Assortment and Price Form.
