Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase together with the delivery on behalf of the Ordering Party of medical devices, described in detail in Annex No 2 to the FTZ - Assortment and Price Form and in Annex No 6 to the FTZ - Draft contractual provisions. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 16 lots, hereinafter referred to as: The ‘packages’ are described in detail in Annex 2 to the FTZ – Assortment and price form. The contracting authority shall not limit the number of lots for which the economic operator may submit a tender or indicate the maximum number of lots for which the contract may be awarded to the same economic operator. - Package 1 – injection needles; - Package 2 – Injection and rinse syringes; - Package 3 – safe syringes and needles; - Package 4 - venflony ramps of the faucets; - Package 5 – disinfection stoppers; - Package 6 - infusion and transfusion instruments; - Package 7 - Precise rolling; - Package 8 - feeding kits; - Package 9 - extenders; - Package 10 – infusion pump drains; - Package 11 – Drones for syringe pumps; - Package 12 – main vein catheters; - Package 13 – Anaesthesiological needles; - Package 14 – catheters and needles for anaesthesia; - Package 15 – syringes for pumps; - Package 16 – nutrition filters.
