1. The present proceedings are conducted in an open tender procedure on the basis of the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law and this Specification of the Terms of Order, hereinafter referred to as the "SWZ". 2. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the notice of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 2 of the PPL 3.
