Description

General refurbishment of the five-storey business and office house Eberhardstraße 39 in Stuttgart from 1978/1980 with rented business units on the ground floor, two basement floors with large storage rooms, technical rooms, sanitary facilities of the commercial units and one underground car park in the second UG. The five above-ground floors house various departments of the Office for Public Order, some of which are open to the public, and the Statistical Office. The building is in a state of refurbishment. The building is not wholly owned by Stuttgart’s capital. Most of the ground floor is not owned by the city. The stock covers approximately 14 400 m² of BGF, but only 80 % is owned by the City of Stuttgart. The total cost is assumed to be approximately EUR 25 – EUR 35000000 gross, including ancillary construction costs.
