Description

The tender for the provision of technical building management services in the BLB NRW, Düsseldorf branch, is divided into a total of 11 specialist lots.
Lot 5 (fire protection), which is the subject of this invitation to tender, is divided into three regional lots.
2 price components must be offered!
1. Price component (PK1).
Maintenance, inspection, expert testing and testing by qualified persons in accordance with the Service Level Agreement for Building Technical Equipment (SLA TGA) as a flat-rate price per equipment per year in accordance with the bill of quantities.
Tenders are drawn up on the basis of Section 4(3), VOB/A tender procedure).
2. Price component (PK2).
Removal of emergencies, incidents and repairs up to EUR 25 000 in individual cases on the basis of individual contracts under the conditions described in the SLA TGA.
For lot 5 (Fire protection), tenders for price component 2 will be drawn up exclusively at the hourly rates and material costs.
Tenders for less price components than required will be considered incomplete and will be excluded from the evaluation. It is possible to submit tenders for one, several or all regional lots.
