On 31 October 2024, the Clinical Paediatric Hospital Sibiu, as beneficiary of the funding and leader of the partnership with the City of Sibiu, concluded with the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, as Managing Authority, financing contract No 75782 for the implementation of the project with code SMIS 320009, title ‘Rehabilitation, modernisation and endowment of the Integrated Outpatient Hospital of Pediatrics Sibiu’, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the Health Programme, Priority 1: Increasing the quality of primary, community-based, outpatient care services and improving and strengthening preventive services, Specific objective RSO4.5. Ensuring equal access to healthcare and ensuring the resilience of health systems, including primary care, as well as promoting the transition from institutional to family or community-based care (ERDF), the Investment Action in public infrastructure of health units/other public health facilities carrying out out out outpatient medical activities/providing outpatient care. This procurement, together with the other award procedures included in the project, is intended to achieve the overall objective of the project, namely ‘Increasing the quality of the medical services offered within the Clinical Pediatric Hospital Sibiu’. The purpose of this procedure is to equip the Radiology and Medical Imaging Laboratory with advanced equipment, which will lead to an increase in the number of patients treated, to improve the diagnostic and treatment capacity, to diversify the treated pathologies, as well as to optimize/reduce the electricity consumption. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18.
