Description of the subject of the contract: Granting a loan in the amount of PLN 19 500 000.00 to repay loans previously taken out and to finance the budget deficit of the Municipality and City of Nisko in accordance with Resolution No IV/33/2024 of the Nisko City Council of 20 June 2024. The Contracting Authority will allocate funds from the loan to repay loans previously taken out in the amount of: PLN 3 355 429.00 and to finance the budget deficit of the Municipality and the City of Nisko in the amount of: PLN 16 144 571.00. 3. Conditions for granting the loan: the loan will be disbursed once between the date of signing the contract and 30 December 2024 the Contractor will activate the loan funds in accordance with the instructions of the Contracting Authority in the instructions submitted to the Contractor, without submitting a separate loan application under consideration.
