O contrato tem por objeto a aquisição de viaturas para transporte escolar, bombeiros (combate a incêndios) e apoio aos serviços em geral, compreendendo 6 lotes, sendo que em alguns dos quais estão previstas retomas: Lote n.º 1 – Duas viaturas pesadas de passageiros (19 a 25 passageiros + condutor + guia); Lote n.º 2 – Quatro viaturas ligeiras de passageiros (9 lugares); Lote n.º 3 – Três viaturas ligeiras de passageiros elétricas (5 lugares); Lote n.º 4 – Três viaturas ligeiras de mercadorias com caixa fechada (3 lugares); Lote n.º 5 – Uma viatura ligeira de mercadorias com caixa aberta e cabine dupla (6 lugares); Lote n.º 6 – Um Veículo Ligeiro de Combate a Incêndios (VLCI).
